Vermont Summer Engagement Photos

 

Paige and Joel traveled from TX to visit their Vermont destination wedding venue and to take their engagement photos. Thank GOODNESS they were used to the Texas heat, because it was about 94 degrees and humid but they were perfectly happy to cuddle in the open sun and dance around the fields of Shelburne Farms. They looked flawless, and didn’t break a sweat.

Paige was born and raised in Texas, and Joel is from Vermont. They could see themselves here one day, they told me, especially because of the calmer way of life. “The people here are so welcoming,” Paige told me. I couldn’t agree more, and always feel proud of our little state when it shows off its beauty like it did for our session. The cool-toned green grassy fields, surrounded by blue waters and mountains, were the perfect spot for us.
