Congratulations to Kelly and Jeff, who got married at the beautiful Ira Allen Chapel in their hometown of Burlington, Vermont.
Achieving bright, film-like photos on a Vermont winter day is no easy task, and I relied on my trusty flashes and my amazing second photographer to help get the lighting in every venue perfect. I loved how Kelly and Jeff’s wedding family portraits looked so classic and sophisticated.
E.B. Strong’s, a Burlington institution/epic steakhouse, was their reception spot, and it was reimagined to suit a wedding with gorgeous linens, signage, and (of course) AMAZING food.
The afterparty at Halvorsons, just next door, was a sight to behold, with more lights and balloons than I could count. The level of personalized decor was mind-boggling (Kelly even picked out sparkly pillows for the seating area), and guests had a blast taking shotskis, dancing to the awesome DJ, and snacking until the New Year countdown was on. Kelly and Jeff thought of everything, and guests were pampered all evening long.
Thank you two so much for including me in your wedding plans. You are a gorgeous couple, and your album will be finished soon! XO!
