Vermont Wedding Vendor Recommendations

I’ve worked in the Vermont wedding industry for almost five years, AND I’ve planned my own wedding–so I know the ins and out of the wedding professionals in my industry and in Vermont.
The following are Vermont wedding vendors who I know and trust on a professional and personal level. They are organized, prompt, extremely talented, and total sweethearts. I highly recommend reaching out to them in advance, because they are in high demand.

Makeup Artists
Hair Stylists
Sante Salon: Ashley is a pro at wedding hair and can make everyone in your bridal party look and feel amazing.
Social Media Content
Caroline Carleton Socials creates content for shoots and weddings. Her work is incredible, and she is such a joy to have around on your day!
Day-of Coordination
Emily Hayes will make sure your day goes smoothly, and I can’t express how much anxiety and stress she will take off of your plate. She is a total hustler and will make your wedding vision come to life. She’s also super fun! And for all Anne Mientka Photography couples, Emily offers a discounted rate.
Anika knows all there is to know about a seamless wedding day. She will take all of the stress off of you and make sure you have the best day of your damn life.
Videographer
Wildflower Creations –She is great at noticing little moments that need to be captured. She has a calming presence and is a total pro.
E&B Productions– This team is super professional and fun to work with. They incorporate a lot of candid videography into their work, which I love.
Florist
Oak & Bee Florals– Christa, owner of Oak and Bee Florals, is a true gem and creates spectacular florals that she deeply cares about.
Dog-Sitting
Leash and Love offers dog-sitting, wedding transport, and wedding sitting for your beloved fur baby. She can board your pup the night of your wedding, too!
Desserts
Officiant
Kristina of Vows by Kristina is wonderful and has a soothing and warm approach to weddings.
Kerri Duquette-Hoffman: Kerri’s poetic and heartfelt speeches will make you (and me) cry.
Both of these officiants work with you ahead of time to create a custom, personal, heartfelt ceremony that feels true to you and your partner. They also are very considerate, and step out of shots so that she isn’t in every photo of you two at the altar.
Caterer
Let’s Pretend Catering has a wonderful staff and delicious food.
For the Love of Food has a variety of menus for most budgets, and the food (and its presentation) is immaculate. The staff is wonderful too.
A Cultivated Living has gorgeous grazing tables and even offers picnic baskets, which are adorable for proposals or engagement photos.
Haymaker Bun Company offers small party catering, which is perfect for a bachelor party/the morning of your wedding!
Invitations
Kate’s Calligraphy creates gorgeous, luxe designs. The huge bonus here is that you’re going through a local company, who takes great care to make sure your invitations are perfect.
DJ
Vince at Experience Events is the best. This company travels to VT for weddings often. They also have photobooth equipment available for rent!
Live Band
Randal Pierce- Randal is a musical genius. He plays piano in several bands and solo.
Cover Story Entertainment– This band plays classic covers that we all know and love. They are super high energy and fun!
Live Wedding Painting
If you’re wanting to seriously WOW your guests and get a one-of-a-kind hierloom, Hope Sharp Art creates live paintings at weddings. Her work is seriously stunning, and she takes great care to make sure your painting is absolutely perfect.
Venues
Chances are that you might have already booked a venue because that’s usually first on people’s To Do lists. Just in case you haven’t, here are my absolute favorites! They are not only gorgeous but have top-quality staff that ensure your day goes perfectly.
