Catherine and Aaron’s Stowe Mountain Wedding

CONGRATS to the newlyweds, Aaron and Catherine, who got married at the 9th hole at Stowe last weekend.

 

These two have huge personalities and huge dreams. Together, they are the definition of Chaotic Good and they threw one hell of a party. Their friends noted their adventurous spirits in their speeches, and the love that emanated from their guests clued me in to how beloved these two are in their community. Their focus was making sure that their guests had a great time, and based on the happy and zany reception photos, I’d say their mission was accomplished.

Their details were also gorgeous. I nearly fainted when I saw their clear dancing tent adorned with leafy ceiling fixtures.

We had a bluebird day with a slight chill in the air, and some of the trees had turned beautiful shades of orange and red. Vermont’s fall keeps crawling earlier and earlier, I’ve noticed throughout my photography career. Catherine and Aaron got their dream day, and I was honored to be there to capture it.
