Steve + Ryan’s
Early Spring Vermont Wedding
Congratulations, Steve and Ryan! These two broke the glass at their gorgeous Mountaintop Inn wedding this March with their sweet friends and family.
Steve and Ryan valued candid moments and presence with their guests, and I knew that my expertise in documentary photography would be a huge asset to accomplishing their photographic vision. The way they stayed grounded, near each other, and fully engaged with their guests was beautiful to photograph.
Their elegant floral details by Meadow’s Edge added a touch of spring to the ceremony space.
One of the most memorable moments of the day was when Steve’s mom showed off her nails. Her manicurist had added little “S” and “R” initials to her ring fingers.
The Hora was also a favorite moment. The guests came alive when Elizabeth from the Mountain dimmed the lights and TopHat Entertainment turned their speakers up. The Hora is always a delight to photograph, and seeing everyone on the dance floor was so much fun. The second level of the huge reception lodge was perfect for some extra shots of the dance floor, especially when the Hora got rambunctious and a top-down view was safer and more effective.
Thank you so much to the incredible vendor team who made Steve and Ryan’s day gorgeous, and for these two for being present, loving, and hilarious. CONGRATS! XO!
